Terms of service agreement (Terms)

By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the terms, kindly refrain from accessing our services. SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Phyr Studios specializes in providing a range of development and design services, including web design, graphic design, mobile and IOT development, subject to additional terms as applicable.

Client responsibilites

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, collaborating throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring that provided materials do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Ownership and Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights related to our services are exclusively owned by Phyr Studios. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose.

Payment and fees

Clients are obligated to adhere to agreed-upon fees and payment terms, covering any additional expenses incurred. Late payments may attract additional fees, and prolonged delays may result in service suspension.

Confidentiality

At Phyr Studios, we uphold strict confidentiality standards and commit to using client-provided information solely for the purpose of delivering services, unless required by law.

Limitation of liability

Phyr Studios bears no liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is restricted to the amount paid by the client for specific services.

Termination

Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of failure to fulfill obligations. Upon termination, clients are required to settle payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by laws recognized in the Union of India, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by Indian courts.

No refund policy

We do not offer refunds in case of client dissatisfaction, considering the substantial efforts invested in meeting their expectations. We encourage clients to promptly communicate any concerns to facilitate resolution.

Amendments

Phyr Studios retains the right to amend these Terms, with any changes becoming effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
